EFFECTS OF HEAVY RAINS IN MOI

We all agree that rains are good and also it has some impacts to the society. Here in Moi University during rainy seasons the roads are a major problem .They reason behind this is that the roads around the school are not in a good condition they are not even tarmacked it is just a hell of a place to live in .Student who reside outside the school struggle so much to get to school on time due to the muddy road .The reason that makes this students to reside outside the school is that the hostels are not conditions and thus they decide to reside outside the school. Some even end up missing classes when its rainy because the roads are impassable.
It is not even the students alone but also the business women and the lectures are affected by these roads. The lectures end up even missing to attend classes since they are slowed down by the muddy road .The muddy road affect everyone who lives around the school environs. Some people blame the school administration from not having all weather roads around the school to prevent such cases. Now who is to be blamed? Is it the school administration or the county government of Uasin Gishu were the school is located? It is a matter of concern and it should be solved as soon as possible.
